I’m Monica, a certified herbalist, mother of four, Grandmother of two, and someone who’s walked both the clinical and the intuitive path of healing.

After over a decade in the medical field, I began to notice the cracks, where modern care wasn’t always enough, where ancient remedies still held power, where the moonlight could sometimes guide better than a clock. Caring for my family, especially my child with a complex congenital heart condition, I started creating remedies not found in a pharmacy; ones made from plants, oils, time, and intention.
