GENERAL DOSAGE:
INTERNAL (digestive & immune support): + 1-2 tsp, 1-3x per day in a glass of warm water or tea, before meals.

STEAM INHALATION: + 1-2 tbsp to a bowl of hot water. Inhale the steam to help clear sinuses and lungs.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Not for use in pregnancy - Hyssop can stimulate uterine contractions and should be avoided during pregnancy
Caution if Epileptic - Hyssop contains a compound called Pino camphone, which in large amounts may trigger seizures.
Avoid high doses - Stick to recommended amounts (1-2 tsp diluted per dose)
Large internal doses can be toxic Dilute for topical use - always dilute with water (1:3) before applying to the skin
