How to Use
Shake gently before each use. Spray 2–5 times directly onto clean skin (arms, legs, stomach, or feet) and massage in until absorbed. Use before bedtime for restful sleep or after physical activity to ease sore muscles.
Note: Some tingling may occur on first use, especially on dry skin. This is normal and decreases with regular use. If irritation occurs, dilute with water or apply lotion afterward.
