How to use:

INTERNAL: 1 tsp, 1-2x per day for cough, lung congestion, sore throat, or inflammation Mix into tea, honey, or take directly Optionally - fill into capsules (size 00) for daily use

TOPICAL: Ear oil - warm gently (body temp), place 2-3 drops in the ear for pain/infection relief.

DO NOT use if eardrum is ruptured. skin - apply to irritated or inflamed skin, minor wounds, rashes, or hemorrhoids muscle/nerve pain - rub into areas with sciatic or nerve discomfort

Combo Ideas

Lungs - combine with thyme or elecampane
Ears - add garlic or calendula
